Our agency, William K Gary & Associates, became a VirtualTone customer in April of 2012. During the conversion time, we were given specialized treatment in order to help the process be expedited smoothly and efficiently.

Since the conversion, our technical service has been tremendous. VirtualTone representatives are prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. This service is much different than we experienced with our last provider.

I would like to also note that our Service Tech, Stephanie, has provided service beyond the call of duty. During the initial installation, she spent overtime talking me through issues on Friday afternoon far past closing time.

I have two offices. VirtualTone has made both offices seem like one. That has been so valuable not only for interoffice communication but customers can be assisted if the power goes out at one location or an employee doesn’t show up for work.

I am an Insurance Agent with two locations. I currently have a VirtualTone communication solution and have been a VirtualTone customer since March 2011. I love the phone system! It has saved me money and made it easier to service my clients. We like being able to call the other office location by dialing the extension of who we want to talk with rather than the entire phone number at that office. We love being able to route calls to claims or the service center by dialing a 3 digit extension rather than dialing the whole number or not being able to transfer or forward the call for the client. I have a phone in my home office, so my staff calls my extension and my phone rings at both office locations & my home so they find me fast when they need me. We love that our phone messages can get emailed to us automatically. There is so much the phone can do. I bought the middle priced phone unit for everyone and found it worked well. We also have wireless headsets on all the phones, which allows us to find a file or move about the office being more productive without having to put someone on hold. I have not regretted, but rather been happy that I made the switch!

The key is they understand our model. This was key to us because they know where we need to make profit. They were willing to work with us on pricing and scoping new installs.

THESE GUYS  ROCK THE HUT!  I am very selective as to whom I associate my name and my company name  with.  With VirtualTone I know that the recommended solution is THE  SOLUTION.  I know they will not be trying to take my clients away but rather make them "more sticky" to me.  When I have had to contact their support department, they are there to  answer the phones and will work the problem to resolution.  The support  staff is very knowledgeable.    To Robinize that - Since switching my phone service to VirtualTone I  have received complement after compliment regarding the professionalism  of our phone system and greetings.  Their support staff immediately  answers the phone when I call or replies to my emails.  What problems I  have had were not due to VirtualTone but with my firewall vendor and  their firmware.  The VirtualTone support staff was able to identify  that problem within just a few minutes of troubleshooting and speak  directly to that with my firewall vendors support person.  I’m not just a partner with VirtualTone - I’m also a customer!
